U20 squad: England lists six Nigerian

England U-20 team Coach has named  six players who would represent Nigeria in their final squad for the U20 World Youth Championship scheduled to take place in South Korea later in the month.

Everton’s Ademola Lookman who was approached by Nigeria last month to switch allegiance, headline the Nigerians on the list which includes Liverpool duo of Ovie Ejaria and Sheyi Ojo.

Ejaria trained with the Nigeria U17 team of 2013 but failed to make the squad for the World Cup proper, he broke into the first team at Liverpool this season after impressing Coach Jurgen Klopp during pre season.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Josh Onomah was also included while Chelsea’s teen duo of Dominic Solanke and Fikayo Tomori complete the list of Nigerians on the list released yesterday.
