The scholarship was opened on the 13th day of June 2019 and closed on the 4th day of July, 2019.
Exams will commence on the 10th day of July 2019 and will run through the 13th day of July, 2019. The venue for the examination is the Rivers State University, Nkpolu, Port Harcourt.
