The Rivers State Police Command has announced the total restriction of movements of persons, vehicles or any mechanically propelled engine either on land or waterways between the hours of 12 midnight on Friday, April 16 and 2pm on Saturday, April 17.
This notice was contained in a press release signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni, on April 14. A copy of the release obtained by Africa Update reads:
