Engr Beks Dagogo-Jack, Chairman, State Contact and Mobilization Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, says the just concluded ward congress in Rivers State was a huge success and commends the leader of the Party and Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi, State APC Chairman, Chief Davies Ibiamu Ikanya and his team for a job well done.
Dagogo-Jack appealed to genuine party members to resist the pressure from any quarters bent on destabilizing the Party before the 2019 elections , adding further that from all indications the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP led government in the State is bent on partnering with a few ambitious and willing tools to disrupt the unity of APC.
“I am very disappointed that persons who ought to defend our unity will sponsor attacks on our Party offices to portray our Party in bad light.
“I caution our youths from every LGA to learn from the bitter lessons of our recent past and reject outrightly any attempt by anyone to recruit them and give them arms to keep killing themselves to enable a few persons forcefully become elected into one office after the next, whilst their future as youths continue to be wasted,” he said.
He urged Party members at all levels to ‘remain loyal to our Leader Chief Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi who has proven beyond doubt his passion for the development and unity of the State’.
