Rivers APC Suit: Court Adjourns Case

23 aggrieved members of the APC have requested the Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt to constitute a special panel to handle their matter.

Their request was sighted in a letter copied to the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa.

Before adjourning the case to the 5th of December, the appeal court panel led by Justice A. A Gumel held that the December 5th adjournment would be determined by the response of the president of the Court of Appeal.
