The candidate for Okrika/ Ogu Bolo Federal Constituency, on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Rivers State Chapter, in 2019, Dr Maureen Tamuno, has been nominated as a non- career Ambassador by President Muhammadu Buhari, alongside 41 others.
The list was forwarded to the the Senate for approval and confirmation of 42 ambassadorial nominees. One of the nominees from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, was appointed as career ambassador. Below is the entire list:
