Political leader of Degema Chief Miller hands over formidable group to APP Chairmanship candidate

As activities for the local Government Council elections in Rivers State enters its advanced stages, the political leader of Degema Local Government Area, Chief Damiete Herbert Miller, has instructed his followers to give maximum support to the Chairmanship candidate of Action Peoples Party, Dr. Agiriye Agba Harry.

The Directive was made known on September 23rd, during a reception held in honour of the APP Chairmanship candidate and his running mate, Mrs. Ibimina Igoni Jaja, in Rivers State.

Addressing members of Degema Democratic Movement, DDM, Engr Enemeniya Tyger, said the leader of the group and former Commissioner for Power, Chief Miller, has instructed that maximum support should be given to Harry and his Deputy, during and after the Local Government Council Elections.

On his part, the APP Chairmanship candidate, assured the group of bringing his wealth of experience for the betterment of Delgans, when he eventually emerges victorious at the polls on October 5.

Africa Update reports that the Director General of the APP Chairmanship Campaign Council in Degema, Chief Tonye Tyger and other dignitaries were also present.

The group with membership cut across the 17 wards of Degema Local Government Area, is a strong political group to reckon with.
