The three man court of Appeal panel led by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, has fixed Friday, October 29, to give its verdict on a suit filed by the embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, seeking to stop the National convention of the party scheduled for October 30 and 31.
