In a matter Instituted by members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Rivers State; Nnah Nyemezu, Nduka Precious Edder, Mike Jaja S., Gift Amadi, Igwebu Rike Mbah, Ideh Ukarioniso Prosper, Andy Umetor as plaintiff, against the Peoples Democratic Party, INEC and Ambassador Desmond Akawor as defendants.
