The All Progressives Congress, APC, under the Chairmanship of Golden Chioma, has conducted primaries to elect councillorship and Chairmanship candidates for the April 17, Local Government Council elections in Rivers state.
Africa Update was informed by sources within the party, that consensus voting system was adopted and held in various centres across Ahoada East, Obio/Akpor, Port Harcourt City Local Government Areas.
