Super Falcons forward, Rasheedat Ajibade was named Woman of the Match following Nigeria’s 1-0 win against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon on Thursday night.
The Atletico Madrid star netted the winning goal in the 57th minute of the keenly contested encounter played at the Stade Mohamed V, Casablanca.
Ajibade nodded home after she was teed up from a superb cross from Ifeoma Onumonu.
The former FC Robo player has now scored three goals and recorded two assists for the Super Falcons in the competition.
She was in action for 90 minutes in the game. The Super Falcons will take on hosts Morocco in the semi-final on Monday.
