The 3 days extension given by the leadership of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable electorates collect their Permanent Voter Card (PVC) will end today nationwide.
INEC announced the 3 days extension following several complains by electorates that were yet to collect their PVCs ahead of the elections.
Meanwhile, some electorates in Rivers State blamed INEC for their inability to collect their PVCs.
