2019 Elections: Obasanjo attacks Buhari, INEC in open letter

Former Presient, Olusegun Obasanjo has once again accused President Muhammadu Buhari of plotting to rig the general election.

The former President in a 26-page letter he made public to journalists said he has heard of how President Buhari and his party, the APC, are going about the self secession project.

Olusegun Obasanjo further alleged that President Buhari and INEC has started recruiting collation officers who are already awarding results based on their projects to actualize the perpetration agenda in which the people will not matter and the votes will not count.

In the letter, the former president said the reason President Buhari declined to sign the electoral reform bill into law was to actualize his plot to remain in power at all cost.

He also alleged that boko haram is stronger daily militarily than they have ever been because the terrorist group  has been empowered by the Federal Government.

Meanwhile, the APC has debunked statements credited to former president Olusegun Obasnajo that it has concluded plans to rig the forthcoming general elections.

The APC National Publicity Secretary  Lanre Isa-onilu said the party has no intentions of rigging the polls.
