The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it has recruited over 800 thousand ad hoc staff for the forthcoming general elections.
The chairman of INEC Mahmood Yakubu stated this in his presentation to the national council of state at the Presidential Villa.
According INEC national chairman, arrangements for the timely receipt and the speedy distribution of sensitive materials has also been made.
INEC also expressed its commitment to the provision of a level playing field during the elections.
