The 6th Division of the Nigerian Army has commenced the destruction of weapons and other dangerous ammunition recovered from repentant militants by the Rivers state Amnesty committee.
The arms & ammunitions were recovered during the 60days of disarmament in the state for militants.
The destruction was carried out today at Igwuruta, with the Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike and other dignitaries in attendance .
