The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike is expected to appear before the State House of Assembly, tomorrow at 12 noon to present the 2018 budget proposal .
Speaker of the House, RT. Hon. Ikuinyi Owaji Ibani, confirmed this to journalists in Port Harcourt. He disclosed that Wike had forwarded a letter indicating his intention to present the bill at the floor of the Assembly on Thursday.
