Speaking to newsmen after the discovery, Chairman of the security outfit, Prince Amatari said other items recovered were, one machete, one red native cap, with a structured bag suspected to be used to conceal bullets / ammunition. Stating that the raid was carried out after they received a tip off from their source.
He assured residents of the area of adequate protection, despite efforts by some prominent individuals to thwart their activities. He called on the State Governor, Nyesom Wike, to provide gadgets to enable them function optimally.
