The United States embassy in Abuja has denied the news making the rounds about an entry visa being denied to Nigerian Bishop Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church also known as Winners Chapel.
The US Embassy, disclosing this via its verified Facebook page, on Friday, said, the widely circulated report was fake news.
It wrote: “#FalseNews Alert! Be advised, the reports making the rounds about a visa being denied to Nigerian Bishop Oyedepo are false.
“If you have seen this manufactured item in the media, help defeat this #misinformation by communicating to everyone that it is completely false.
