The Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Prof Owunari Abraham Georgewill has received notable personalities since assumption of office, amongst those is an oil mogul, a business tycoon, the President/CEO of Belema Oil Producing Limited, Tein Jack-Rich.
