The Senator representing Rivers East Senatorial District in the red chamber, Andrew Uchendu, has decried the poor state of some section of East West road and Aba port Harcourt express road. According to him, ” the Federal Government has failed my people by not fixing the bad spot of East West road and Aba Port Harcourt way which has hindered the flow of business in the area, and movement of persons in the area”.
He also , said that the people of his senatorial district can not accept anything less than better roads that will help in the movement of goods, persons and vehicle .
Uchendu however, disclosed that he has discussed with the Minister of Works,minster of Niger Delta Affairs and FERMA and they assured him of rapid action to be taken in days to come
