It was a shocking scene as traders and onlookers witnessed an altercation that occurred between a trader and the recently constituted task Force saddled with the responsibility to rid the streets within Port Harcourt City local government area and environs of street trading.
The incident which took place on Tuesday, 15th October, 2019, at the very busy Education bus stop axis in Rivers State., made onlookers burst into laugher as they stood in disbelief to watch the rain of human excreta on the members of the task force.
According to eye witnesses the trader was on the run from the task force, when he fell into faeces, and in an act of self defense, he started “Throwing faeces” at the task force which infuriated them.
He was subsequently beaten black and blue and whisked away by the task force despite bleeding profusely.
