Three youths have been shot dead and several others injured at Luebe Community in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State at about 8pm on Friday.
According to reports, security operatives had allegedly opened fire on the youths who were members of a local surveillance group, when they purportedly noticed the operatives escorting illegally refined crude oil through their community to Ndoki in Oyigbo Local Government Area of the state.
