Commuters and drivers at the busy Mile 3 park, in Diobu axis, of Rivers State, on December 9, 2018, got the shock of their lives when they discovered a newborn baby in a carton by the roadside.
Passerby and the residents could not ascertain the reason behind the abandonment but the baby was still alive as at the time of the discovery.
