A video has surfaced online exposing the alleged atrocities of officials of the Nigerian Police Special Unit kknown as the Special Anti Robbery Squad, Â SARS.
According to the online report, SARS officials reportedly blew up the testicles and penises of persons accused of kidnapping in Abia State .
The undated video taken by a member of SARS shows how men arrested for kidnapping are shot in their private parts and chained to police vehicles where they are left to die a slow painful death.
