Samuel Wanosike, Councillors at Loggerheads in Ikwerre

Some Councillors in Ikwerre Local Government Area, in Rivers State, have raised alarm over an alleged sale of Council Property to a new Generation Bank without due process, or consent of relevant authorities.

Africa Update gathered that these Councillors claim that the Council Chairman, Samuel Wanosike purportedly sold the property to the bank without remitting the funds from the sale to the council.
