Rotary, NUJ task students to shun cultism

Students in Rivers State have been tasked to shun cultism and develop reading habits that will ensure a brighter future.

The President of Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Garden City, Rtn.  Gloria Boma Harry gave the charge on Friday at an award presentation ceremony of the Rivers State Union of Secondary Schools Media club.

The event, which was jointly sponsored by Rotary and the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ)Rivers State Council , saw that emergence of Glorious Manifestation Group of Schools as overall winner, while Government Comprehensive Secondary School came second and the third position went to Iverok Group of Schools.
