RIVPA elects Africa Update Publisher Gloria Harry as chairman

The foremost Publishers’ Association in Rivers State , has elected a new Chairman to oversee the affairs of the Association for the next 3 years.

Members of the Rivers State Independent Publishers Association (RIVPA), elected the publisher of Africa Update Newspaper and Springpoint Magazine, Gloria Boma Harry, as RIVPA chairman, today at the RIVPA secretariat in Port Harcourt.

Others elected are The publisher of Times Express Newspaper, Mr. David Oguiezerem as Secretary, the publisher of Eve Afrique Magazine,  Mrs Ivy Etokakpan as Public Relations Officer, the publisher of Galaxy Newspaper, Mr. Elyger Agwu as Organizing Secretary while the publisher of Eagles newspaper, Mrs. F. N. Amadi emerged as Treasurer
