RIVPA BoT moves to reposition association

Following the resignation of the Chairman of RIVPA, Gloria Boma Harry and Secretary, David Oguzierem, the Board of Trustees, led by Chief Oby Ndukwe, met in Port Harcourt on August 2, to take decisions aimed at reposing the association to enable it function effectively.

A statement issued at the end of the meeting, stated that the entire executive council of RIVPA has been dissolved and the BoT has called for fresh elections into the various offices on a date to be announced.
The BoT also resolved to commence membership revalidation exercise and requested all RIVPA registered members to send 2 editions of their 2018 newspaper publications to the office of High Chief Monday Wehere at 34 Ikwerre Road, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt, on or before August 31, 2018.
Other BoT members at the meeting were; Sir Ngo Martyns -Yellowe and Warisenibo Joe Johnson.
