The Rivers youth leader council are meeting with the management of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC after they decanted the gates of the headquarters of the interventionist agencies in port Harcourt.
The youth have gathered at the gate of NDDC as part of the plan peaceful protest organized by the youth leaders council before the presences of the police officers scared at the young people.
The demonstrators were seen scattered around these area but no protest was ongoing.
