Rivers State: Area boys steal from dead man who slumped at Garrison

Commuters and passers-by were perplexed this afternoon, when a man drove to the popular Garrison Bus stop and slumped to death.

Eyewitnesses told Africa Update that the man identified as Jimoh Kareem, from Kogi state but resident at 47 Isi road, had parked his Nissan Xterra car at the bus stop before collapsing.

They said area boys who were at the scene when the incident occurred, had stolen the dead man’s phone, wallet, ATM and other valuables, before the arrival of Policemen .
