Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, Tunji Disu, has been awarded the CP of the year at the maiden edition of the Nigeria police awards and commendation.

Speaking during the ceremony, Shettima, who represented President Bola Tinubu, said the federal government had approved the first week of April as police week and the last day of the week as the National Police Day.
