A chueftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Mowan Etete, has been shot dead.
Africa Update gathered that he was killed at his hometown in Asarama, in Andoni Local Government Area, in Rivers State, today, February 23, alongside three others.
Though reports about the incident ia still sketchy, one of the victim was beheaded.
