Debate of the Rivers State Appropriation Bill for 2018, was yesterday, differed to January 18, 2018 by lawmakers .
After its second reading on the floor of the House,  a motion was raised by the Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly,  Martins Amaewhule, requesting for further study of the N510 billion  budget.

The Speaker, Â Rt. Â Hon. Ikuinyi Owaji Ibani, differed the debate of the budget after the unanimous decision .
