Rivers Budget scales through second reading

Debate of the Rivers State Appropriation Bill for 2018, was yesterday, differed to January 18, 2018 by lawmakers .

After its second reading on the floor of the House,  a motion was raised by the Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly,  Martins Amaewhule, requesting for further study of the N510 billion  budget.

The Speaker,  Rt.  Hon. Ikuinyi Owaji Ibani, differed the debate of the budget after the unanimous decision .
