Popular Nigerian Pastor Temitope Balogun Joshua also known as Prophet TB Joshua is dead. Africa Update had earlier published a story which was tagged as an unconfirmed rumour few hours ago. But a video published by Premium Times, clearly shows members wailing as they arrived the Church premises for the usual Sunday service, only to hear about the demise of the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua, aged 57 and a sealed Church.
TB Joshua was Born on June 12, 1963, and he died shortly before midnight of Saturday, June 5, 2021. His death has been confirmed by his Ministry. His church said during the Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting on the day he died, TB Joshua said: “Time for everything – time to come here for prayer and time to return home after the service.” His last words were: “Watch and pray.”
Africa Update gathered that he took ill two days ago and died after a church programme in Lagos. Reacting to the news, the Church shared a post on Facebook: “God has taken His servant Prophet TB Joshua home – as it should be by divine will. His last moments on earth were spent in the service of God. This is what he was born for, lived for and died for. “As Prophet TB Joshua says, “The greatest way to use life is to spend it on something that will outlive it.” It was revealed that TB Joshua, who reportedly suffered a stroke two months ago, had decided to go to the hospital after the evening programme but died on the way to the hospital, a source revealed.
