The acting Vice Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE, Prof Okechukwu Onuchuku, has received the Distinguished Award from the Nigerian Economic Society, Africa Update reports.
At the 65th Annual Conference, that held at Shehu Musa Yar’dua Centre in Abuja, the Nigerian Capital, Onuchuku, the Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission, Prof Tunji Olaopa, and four others, were presented with the Distinguished Award.
The Chairman of College of Fellows and Past President, Chief Philip Asiodu, received the Lifetime Distinguished Service Award, while Governor of Borno State, Babagana U. Zulum, and 10 others received the NES Fellow Award.
