A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and Chairman of Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State Chief Agunola Omomowo, Â popularly called ‘Adoration’ Â is dead.
Chief Omomowo according to reports died in the early hours of Friday after a political meeting with the outgoing Governor Olusegun Mimiko.
Africa update gathered that the council boss who was elected March 24, 2016 had slumped in his hotel room and was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
Chief Omomowo’s aide had hinted that Governor Mimiko had earlier met with some of the local government chairmen before the mysterious death of his boss .
