An unnamed couple was reportedly sent away for arriving five minutes late to Church for their wedding ceremony. The incident according to sources, took place on Saturday, February 6, at the Fulfilling Word Foundation, off Peter Odili Road, in Rivers State.
Efforts by Africa Update to obtain further information about the incident which has generated mixed reactions failed. A message was however, sent to the Founder of the Church, Pastor Essa Ogorry, and this was this response: “Thanks for your offer but I humbly decline. Those spreading the lies know what the truth is so do I and so does God. I’m not bothered at the least. In 30 days nobody may even remember the story”.
