In a bid to ensure the safety of everyone living and doing business in Rivers State, the O.B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation met with the leadership of the Rivers State Independent Publishers Association (RIVPA ), at the office of the Chairman, Pastor Jerry Needam, on Thursday, April 16.
The delegation led by the Foundation’s Programme Coordinator, Mrs Ineba Tongkam, donated packs of alcohol based hand sanitizers to the Rivers State based newspaper publishers association, to ensure their safety as they perform their task of informing and educating the public especially during this sensitive period when coronavirus is on rampage.
The donation, according to Tongkam, was done on behalf of Dr.(Mrs) Seinye O.B. Lulu-Briggs the Chairman of the Board of the O. B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation.
The Association’s Secretary, Solomon Parakom and the Treasurer, Ifeanyi Evans- Osi, were also present during the visit.
