A member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, representing Oyigbo constituency, Promise Nwankwo has described as tragic the demise of the wife of ace broadcaster and former Business manager of Silverbird communications, Mr Segun Owolabi.
Nwankwo said, “It is indeed a painful one, but who are we to question God?”
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased while asking God to grant the family members the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss’.
Responding, Mr Segun Owolabi expressed his gratitude to the lawmaker and his constituents for their support during tahis period. Africa Update was reliably informed by a close family source that Mrs Owolabi, the mother of three children, died on the 26th December 2021 after suffering from an undisclosed ailment.
