A notorious kidnap kingpin , Anthony Ogbalor,  AKA Dracula , who was arrested by operatives of the Nigerian police Delta State command, alongside  members of his gang in Warri is dead.
Sources revealed that the Isoko born kidnapper allegedly died on Wednesday, as a result of police brutality.
Dracula according to reports was arrested in December 2017 in possession of a  navy blue Toyota Corolla car with reg. no EPE 874 DQ, that was purportedly stolen.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO), Mr. Andrew Aniamaka who confirmed the death of Mr. Ogbalor, denied rumors of police brutality, adding that the suspect was sick and was taken to the hospital where he died.
Africa update gathered that contrary to police reports, the suspect was reportedly tortured daily by policemen in a bid to extract information from him.
Sources further stated that the suspect who was in police custody in Asaba, Delta state, allegedly died as a result of severe torture.
