As part of efforts aimed at sanitizing the temple of justice, the National Judicial Council (NJC) has recommended the compulsory retirement of two judges having found them guilty of professional misconduct.
The two judges are Idris W. J Evuti of the High Court of Niger State and O Gbajabiamila of the Lagos High Court.
