President of National Council for Women Societies, NCWS, Rivers State Branch, Princess Marian Tolofari, has called on Rivers women to mitigate against Electoral violence and other social vices as political activities go into full swing in the coming months.
Tolofari gave the charge in her new year message on Saturday. A copy of the message sighted by Africa Update reads: The curtains have fallen on 2021, giving way for 2022 to begin. As new timelines are made, I want to remind Rivers women of their critical roles in ensuring that our dear State is violence free, especially as Electoral activities will kickstart and climax into the emergence of a new Government come 2023.
