Residents of Ikorodu area in Lagos State on Sunday, July 24, fished out and burnt a notorious paedophile, popularly known as Badoo, for allegedly terrorizing and defiling little girls in the neighbourhood.
According to reports, a member of a celestial church in Ikorodu , had caught Badoo sexually abusing 8 year-old girl (names withheld) , in the church in the early hours of Sunday, and had raised the alarm which attracted other residents to the scene, where the victim laid helpless.
Badoo was said to have escaped to a nearby primary school, but was apprehended by the angry residents, whom he had allegedly terrorized for months.
It was reported that policemen who arrived the scene, could not save Badoo from the mob, as he was stoned to death and burnt in their presence.
