Significant changes have occurred in the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC. According to emerging reports, the Director, Corporate Affairs, Charles Obi-Olisa Odili, has been moved to Head the Supplies Unit while a former Head of the Corporare Affairs, Dr. Ibitoye Abosede, has returned to head the unit.
While the Director, Legal Services, Peter Clever, and several others were moved to other directorates, it is unclear if other changes would occur in the future. This is indeed a major change in the Commission under the leadership of its new Sole Administrator, Effiong Akwa.
