The Rivers State House of Assembly, yesterday, confirmed Justice Simeon Amadi of the State High Court as substantive Chief Judge (CJ).
The confirmation followed a letter from the State Governor, Nyesom Wike, to the House seeking Amadi’s confirmation and approval as the next CJ, sequel to the recommendation of the National Judicial Council (NJC).
