Interview with Winner of BAE May Edition Anne Divine Oguche

Tell us a bit about yourself… I Am Oguche AnneDivine Ojilima, I hail from Kogi state,Olamaboro LGA. I’m an idoma girl by tribe. I was born on the 2nd of May,2002 in Akwa ibom and I have been here since birth. A student of University of Uyo,Department of Pure Chemistry, level 1.. I love dancing and playing Scrabble. My best colour is Red, My best food is yam and stew or Indomie Noodles. I love travelling and making researches. I am a jovial person, I accommodate friends, but define my friendship with all. I detest comparison in any form. I also love baking cakes and pastries. What would you describe as your greatest passion To put smiles on the face of those that come across me through entertainment, Mostly by featuring in movies.

So you would like to be a movie star? Have u done any acting before? Yes I will and yes I have. Can u tell us a little about your first stint at acting? Well it was at secondary school,I was made the Director of the drama club and we had a presentation to make at our school’s celebration. We were to display a play for the Occasion of the International day of the African Child. We decided to present a movie captioned “SARAPHINA”,from a popular south African movie. I was given the lead role which was as Saraphina.It was tough and needed so much fluency and energy ,and to the glory of God after much rehearsal it came out well. I was later nicknamed saraphina in the college until my graduation. It was a great experience,although I was shy but I did what I had to do. Great!

You won the crown as the winner of MISS BAE, may edition, what is next for you and for your future dreams? I thank God for the opportunity to win ,and also for the platform he has given me through Miss BAE. For now I will under go the training contract offered by Miss BAE agency to build up my self,and intellect,and attitude. I will use this platform as a medium to reach out to young girls like me who have dreams in the field of art,and also make a good name for my self and with the title go for auditions to chase my dream career.
