The Ikwerre Youth Movement (IYM), has unveiled plans to organize a grand reception in honor of Minister of Transportation, Â Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, at Isiokpo community in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
A statement issued by the group’s National Director of Publicity, Dike Bekwele Lawrence, stated that the former Governor will be decorated with the ancient  Traditional Ikwerre regalia, at the event scheduled to hold today.
This honor according to the statement is in recognition of the immense contributions of Amaechi towards the development of the Ikwerre ethnic nationality.
