“I am not sponsoring any Cult group”- Kobani

The Chairman of Gokana LGA , Paul kobani has denied allegation by some youths that his sponsoring some gang groups to carry out attacks. Paul kobani in a response by his Chief Press Officer Maxwell Dogari described the allegation as false and advised the public to disregard the insinuations.

The chairman urged the group to petition security agencies if they have evidence

” The chairman won’t want to exchange words with any faceless group on the issue of security in Gokana, when the chairman got information about the attack; he quickly alerted the JTF commander in Gokana Captain Aliyu , and the DCO Kpor Police Division who is standing in for the DPO.”

“The JTF commander quickly mobilized his men in the community to quell the attack. It is laughable for anyone to accuse the chairman. You will recall the chairman after series of peace meetings between this rival groups in bodor initiated a peace agreement between the same group of persons and their rival cult group ”
