Hon Nwanosike Appoints Four Non-indigenes

The Executive Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, Hon Engr Samuel Nwanosike JP, on Tuesday disclosed that he would appoint two male and two female members of the Non-indigenes Without Border (NWB), Ikwerre LGA Chapter, as his assistants by Monday.

Hon Nwanosike made this disclosure at the Council’s Secretariat, Isiokpo, when Hon Engr Harold Onuoha, Coordinator of NWB in the LGA, led elders and members of the group to pay him a visit. The Ikwerre LGA Chairman stated that his administration is ready to work with everyone, irrespective of their state of origin.

In their various speeches, the non-indigenes pledged to work with the Ikwerre LGA boss and to continue their supports for Gov Nyesom Wike.

They used the opportunity to call on the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Barr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, to recontest for second tenure.

Meanwhile, Engr Onuoha, debunked the rumour going round that there is a parallel body of NWB in Ikwerre LGA, stating that he was the only elected and substantive Coordinator.
