High Chief O.B. Lulu -Briggs: Ghana Supreme Court orders release of corpse to Dumo Lulu-Briggs

The prolonged legal battle between Mrs. Sienye O.B Lulu – Briggs, Widow of the Oil Mogul and Philanthropist, High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs and his son, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, is finally over.

Ghana Supreme Court has thrown out all matters concerning the release of the mortal remains of High Chief O.B. Lulu-Briggs, and ordered the immediate release to the family led by Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs.Africa Update gathered that the Autopsy report is also to be filed as ordered by the High Court.
